What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?  

Making a positive difference, it’s lovely when from the stage I see a lightbulb go on… and to receive positive feedback as I do weekly that I’ve positively impacted someone’s life, business, direction or thinking, never gets old.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? 

Be you.

What advice would you give to your younger self? 

Be you. You are good enough. It’ll all work out, it always does.

How important is Accountex to you and the sector?  

Absolutely massive, I spoke many many years ago at the first ever Accountex so the show is in my blood…

and here’s a little known fact, the profession in which I have the largest amount of mentoring clients are accountants!

I’ve no idea 🤷‍♂️ why either.

So yup, Accountex is massively important to me and seems I’m also massively important to the sector.
