Introducing Intelligent Outsourcing, exhibitors at Accountex Summit Manchester. They provide clients with offshore accountants and administrators for a fixed monthly fee which is 50% less than employing their UK equivalent.

What do you do?

We do what it says on the tin- Intelligent Outsourcing- for accountants.  Offshoring, where you have dedicated team members working solely for you, is the smart way for accountants to outsource work.  You profile your perfect accountant or admin person and we find, employ and train them for you.  You then welcome them into your team and you train them in using your systems and processes.

How did you get started?

Nikolai Naylor started iO to support his own growing accountancy practice in Tunbridge Wells.  It is difficult to find and retain UK accountants.  It is much easier to do so in the Philippines where costs are about 50% less.  So, Nikolai assembled a team there to help his practice to grow.

Seeing Nikolai’s success,

a number of his accountant friends asked him to build offshore teams for them and iO was born. iO is run by accountants for accountants.
