How did you get started?

NatWest Cushon began with a simple idea: to make saving and investing easier for everyone. Founder and CEO, Ben Pollard, was frustrated by how complicated and inaccessible savings products were, so he set out to create a solution that put people first.

What started as a focus on making savings simple has evolved into a platform helping thousands of employers and their employees take control of their financial future. Today, we’re proud to be part of NatWest Group, enabling us to scale our impact while staying true to our mission of improving financial wellbeing through innovation, simplicity and education.

What are you looking forward to most at Accountex Summit Manchester?

We’re really looking forward to returning to Accountex Summit Manchester this year. It’s always a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with existing contacts, meet new ones and share the updates we’ve made over the past 12 months.

This year, we’ll be showcasing significant enhancements focused on automation, compliance and ease of payroll integration — helping accountants and payroll professionals manage workplace pension duties more efficiently, reduce admin and stay fully compliant.
