Nomi, the UK-based provider of all-in-one accounting and bookkeeping software, has today announced the launch of its new Shopify integration. Designed to simplify and speed up accounting workflows for accounting professionals supporting e-commerce clients.

The upgrade eliminates the need for manual re-keying of Shopify orders, ensuring cleaner data, faster reconciliations, and greater accuracy for accountants and bookkeepers managing clients who sell online.

With the new integration:

• Paid Shopify orders automatically become invoices with line items, discounts, taxes, shipping fees, and gift cards included
• Refunds instantly generate matching credit notes, with payouts and refunds recorded in Reconciled Banking
• VAT rates are inferred automatically, while multi-currency transactions are processed seamlessly
• Records arrive reconciled and locked for full integrity
