Jimmy Kimmel found a partner who shares his unhinged views on politics and is suffering from an equally severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS).
During a recent podcast, Kimmel’s wife, Molly McNearney, who is also the head writer and executive producer of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” shared that if those in her life have an opinion that dares to be different than hers, she gets very angry and is, apparently, willing to sacrifice relationships over politics.
She told the “We Can Do Hard Things” podcast that if the president does something she doesn’t like, she peppers her family with angry anti-Trump emails, which has, shockingly, led to “lost relationships.”
McNearney dramatically shared, “It hurts me so much because of the personal relationships I now have, where my husband is out there fighting this man, and to me, them voting for Trump is them not voting for my husband and me and our family. And I unfortunately have kind of lost relationships with people in my family because of it.”
McNearney then went on to describe the mindset of many liberals: “I’m angry all the time.”
She then used the interview as an opportunity to widen the divide with her relatives, putting some of them on blast, noting she gets angry at certain “aunts, uncles, and cousins” who helped put President Trump in power.
“I’ve sent many emails to my family, like right before the election, saying, ‘I’m begging you. Here’s the 10 reasons not to vote for this guy. Please don’t.’”
“And I either got ignored by 90% of them or got truly insane response from a few.”

The Five co-host Greg Gutfeld noted, “Why does this estrangement only go in one direction? Any stories ever about Trump supporters disowning liberal relatives? Rare, at best. Says something about how politics for the left is hopelessly intertwined with ego and self worth.”

In September, Kimmel was temporarily yanked off the air after his disgusting remarks following the political assassination of conservative icon Charlie Kirk.
Kimmel lied to millions of people and claimed Kirk was assassinated by a MAGA conservative.
“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them — and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel told his audience.
ABC broadcast affiliate Nexstar temporarily removed Kimmel from all 32 of its stations, as did Disney, before he returned to the airwaves.
Following the uproar Kimmel attempted to downplay his remarks saying, “I have no illusions about changing anyone’s mind, but I do want to make something clear, because it’s important to me as a human and that is, you understand that it was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man.”
“I don’t think there’s anything funny about it.”
He added that he was “not trying to blame any specific group for what happened to Kirk.”
