Semi-Truck Driver Who Ran a Red Light and Killed Elderly Indiana Man Identified as Illegal Alien From India: Singh Sukhdeep

The semi-truck driver who killed an elderly man in Hendricks County, Indiana, on Wednesday has been identified as Singh Sukhdeep, an illegal alien from India.

The accident happened around noon in Avon, according to Fox 59.

Singh ran a red light and crashed into a Chevrolet pickup truck. The Chevrolet truck then collided with a Chrysler Sebring.

The driver of the Chevrolet, 64-year-old Terry Schulz, died at the scene.

In a heartbreaking development, a witness to the accident who was almost struck by the semi-truck said she got out of her vehicle and prayed over Mr. Schultz as he took his last breath.

Singh was taken into custody by ICE on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Fox News reporter Bill Melugin revealed that Singh was caught and released at the order in 2018 by Trump Admin 1.0 when Singh was a minor.

Singh Sukhdeep received his CDL from the red state of Indiana in May 2025, according to Bill Melugin.

Several illegal alien semi-truck drivers from India have killed innocent Americans over the last year.

In December, a semi-truck driver who was arrested in a deadly crash in Washington state was identified as an Indian illegal alien who was released into the US by the Biden Regime.

25-year-old Kamalpreet Singh killed a 29-year-old man on the morning of December 11 after he crushed the victim’s vehicle between two trucks while driving northbound on SR 167.

Singh likely obtained his CDL in Democrat hellhole of California, since he resided there. He is facing a vehicular homicide charge.

In November, a criminal, illegal alien semi-truck driver who obtained a CDL in California, killed two people in Bend, Oregon, after jackknifing the trailer.

Per the DHS: On November 24, 2025, Rajinder Kumar, a criminal illegal alien from India, jackknifed his semi-truck and trailer blocking both lanes of U.S. Highway 20. A Subaru Outback collided with the semi-truck, tragically killing both the driver, William Micah Carter, and passenger, Jennifer Lynn Lower.

The DHS said Rajinder Kumar was released into the interior of the US by the Biden Administration. He obtained a CDL by California Governor Gavin Newsom’s DMV.

In October, an illegal alien semi-truck driver from India killed three people in Southern California in a fiery crash.

Last summer, an illegal alien named Harjinder Singh killed three people on a Florida highway.

The Punjabi driver who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California – and Washington state – made an insane U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce in August and caused a deadly crash.
