When the history books are written about this era of political persecution, names like Matthew Beddingfield will stand as proof that ordinary Americans paid a heavy price for daring to speak truth in a time of manufactured narratives.

Matthew wasn’t a politician. He wasn’t a pundit. He was a young man, just 21 years old, who went to Washington, D.C. on January 6th, 2021, with his father to protest what millions of Americans believed was a stolen election. What followed was not justice; it was a warning shot to anyone who dared defy the regime.

“I watched them arrest elderly women and grandmothers,” Matthew recalls. “For a year I waited, knowing they’d come for me too.”

They did. Federal agents seized his legally owned firearms, ransacked his home, and painted him in the media as everything from an insurrectionist to a white supremacist, slurs meant to dehumanize and silence. Matthew was thrown into some of the worst detention facilities in America, where he was robbed, beaten, and had his teeth knocked out simply for standing up for himself.

After more than a year of pre-trial restrictions shackled to an ankle monitor, barred from seeing his own father, denied internet access, unable to work freely or even speak openly, the Biden DOJ finally locked him up with a 38-month prison sentence.
Yet something happened inside those prison walls that the regime didn’t expect:

“Most of the inmates and guards didn’t think I should have been in there,” Matthew says. “They respected me. It gave me faith that America still has good people left.”

And then, when hope seemed nearly gone, President Donald J. Trump issued a pardon, cutting his sentence short.

Freedom Came, But So Did the Bill

Matthew is only 25 years old, but nearly three prime years of his life were lost to government overreach.
Now released, pardoned, and finally able to speak freely, he is determined to move forward… but the road ahead is steep. He emerged into a world where employers Google his name and close the door. Personal relationships crumble under smear campaigns launched years ago by hostile media. He now carries $8,000 in debt just from trying to survive post-release.

Matthew isn’t asking for luxury. He’s asking for survival and a chance to stand on his own two feet again.

That’s why he has launched this GiveSendGo fundraiser.

If we truly believe in backing the blue-collar patriots who took the hits meant for all of us, then we must show it — not just say it.

The regime tried to make Matthew an example.
Let’s make him a testimony instead.
He already paid the price. Now it’s time he gets a chance to rebuild.
