Rapper Cardi B took a spill, falling backward off a chair on stage at her Las Vegas concert on Friday and blaming the mishap on “the government.”

While performing at the T-Mobile arena on her “Little Miss Drama Tour,” the female rapper leaned back a little too far in her chair and hit the ground before finishing her song, with background dancers rushing to the rescue, then improvising an erotic dance over her body.

After finishing the song, she stood up with a big smile and said, “That was the government. That was the government!” Then she danced off toward another part of the stage.

The rapper later reposted the clip of her falling, writing, “Can someone put a community note on this ? This video is clearly Ai.”

But even the community notes say it was a real incident. One reads, “Cardi B is LYING and fans may consider her comments as facts. The video of her falling backwards on a chair onto her BBL and blaming the government is real. Guest who attended the concert, news outlets, and videos from concert goers POV show her falling. This is not AI.”

It appears she was joking, but who knows?

Cardi B blaming the government is likely in reference to recent comments, two days prior, where she threatened violence against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, which invoked a response from the Trump Administration.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Cardi B encouraged violence against ICE agents during a tour stop in California earlier this week. “Bitch! If ICE comes in here, we’re gonna jump they asses,” she said. “I’ve got some bear mace in the back! They ain’t taking my fans, bitch.”

“As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior,” the Department of Homeland Security fired back with a nod to the rapper’s past life as a stripper and her admission that she used to drug and rob men.
