Compass has acquired Colorado Home Realty, an independent firm based in Littleton, Colo.
Colorado Home Realty closed $617.2 million in sales volume last year, according to the company.
The brokerage was founded in 2005 and is led by co-founder and CEO Matt Hudson. He said the move will give Colorado Home Realty agents broader tools and networks.
“Joining Compass is such an exciting opportunity for our agents, one that’s really centered on giving them the very best tools for now and the future,” Hudson said. “We’ve always focused on empowering our team with whatever they need to provide exceptional client experiences.
“With Compass’s innovative tech platform and national agent network, they can now do even more for both their clients and their businesses.”
Additional recent moves for Compass include adding Cottingham Chalk and PorchLight Real Estate Group — also based in the Denver area — in July.
“Matt and his team have built a remarkable business focused on delivering personalized, high-quality service,” said Heather Bustos, Compass’ regional vice president for Colorado. “We are excited to complement what they have done with more resources, support and the scale of a national brand, while continuing to serve the community with the same local expertise their clients value.”
