Dunmor launches wholesale broker division led by Zeenat Zonte

Business-purpose residential mortgage lender Dunmor announced on Monday the official launch of its wholesale broker division.

Leading the division is Zeenat Zonte, Dunmor’s newly appointed executive vice president. Zonte has held previous roles as a manager of correspondent business at Newfi Wholesale and Civic Financial‘s director of correspondent lending.

The broker division offers a full suite of residential transition loan programs (RTLs), a press release from Dunmor confirmed, including bridge loans, fix and flip loans, ground-up construction loans and multifamily loans.

The move comes just months after Dunmor received a minority equity investment from Newfi Lending via Apollo Global Management, an investment that is an extension of an original partnership initiated in June 2024.

Founded in 2021, Dunmor is a Los Angeles-based nationwide lender active in both the consumer direct and broker channels. Aside from offering four types of residential transition loans, the company also provides AI-driven loan origination platforms designed for real estate investors and brokers, enabling fast prequalifications, quotes, term sheets, and funding.
