Flinchbaugh & Associates team joins Keller Williams in Pennsylvania

Flinchbaugh & Associates, one of Pennsylvania’s top-ranked real estate teams, has affiliated with Keller Williams Keystone Realty in York.

The team, led by CEO Adam Flinchbaugh, includes 10 agents and three staff members.

According to RealTrends Verified, the group was ranked the No. 3 medium-sized real estate team in the U.S. by transaction sides in 2024 — and the top medium-sized team in Pennsylvania.

In 2024, the team closed 357 units with a sales volume of $112.3 million. So far in 2025, it has sold 223 units totaling $77 million in volume.

“No other singular national real estate franchise brand sells more homes in the U.S. than Keller Williams, and that level of performance speaks for itself,” Flinchbaugh said. “The brand, the tools, and the support give our clients confidence and give our team the strongest foundation to grow.”

Flinchbaugh added that the move to Keller Williams was influenced in part by his family’s connection to the brand.

“I’ve always known Keller Williams. My mom managed KW offices for more than a decade, so I understood the culture and commitment behind the brand,” he said. “It wasn’t a change I was actively seeking — but when the opportunity came, it was the best decision for our team and our future.”

Flinchbaugh said the affiliation provides resources to expand both client service and agent development.

“We have 10 agents and three full-time staff, and we needed the right platform to scale. KW gives us the structure, security, and robust support to improve how we serve clients while also developing our agents to their fullest potential,” he said.

With nearly three decades in the industry, Flinchbaugh said adapting to technological change is critical.
