MoxiWorks names Ashley Fidler chief product officer

MoxiWorks announced that Ashley Fidler has joined the company as chief product officer. A recognized leader in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered SaaS product development, Fidler brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling data-driven platforms.

Fidler joins MoxiWorks as the company readies the launch of its new AI-enabled product platform.

She oversees product and AI strategy across the MoxiWorks portfolio and will play a pivotal role in MoxiWorks’ vision to shape the future of real estate productivity, the company said.

“Ashley brings an incredible depth of experience in building category-defining platforms that marry cutting-edge AI with real-world business impact,” said Michael Messig, MoxiWorks’ chief technology officer. “She has a unique ability to lead with innovative product thinking and strong product leadership.

“These qualities are essential as we build tools that unlock new levels of value for agents, teams and brokerages. I’m thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team.”

The appointment builds on MoxiWork’s recent addition of Kim Koraca as chief marketing officer — and comes on the heels of the company selling off its back-office business earlier this year.

Fidler’s career spans leadership roles across proptech, fintech, legal tech and cybersecurity.

Most recently, she served as vice president of technology at PURE Property Management — spearheading development of a next-gen AI orchestration platform.

Her earlier roles include chief product officer at Eigen Technologies and product positions at eSentire, Versive and Microsoft — where worked on AI and natural language processing innovations.

“What attracted me to MoxiWorks was the shared focus on using AI, machine learning and data to drive productivity and build a smarter sales funnel that helps agents do more of what works,” Fidler said. “Coming from the property management space, I see huge opportunities in real estate to automate manual tasks.
