Patrick Ferry departs family firm to join KW MAPS Coaching

Real estate coach Patrick Ferry is the newest member of Keller Williams’ MAPS Coaching team. The firm announced Wednesday that Ferry is joining the firm as a senior adviser to KW MAPS Coaching for its digital marketing curriculum.

According to the announcement, Ferry will serve as a full-time coach for one-on-one and group coaching clients.

“We’re proud to welcome Patrick home to Keller Williams, where he will help agents grow, compete, and lead in a digital-first world,” Cody Gibson, vice president of KW MAPS Coaching, said in a statement.

“Patrick is the premier coach in real estate technology and digital media. He’s one of the very few who understands both how to build a real estate business and how agents win with digital media and can coach it at the highest level.”

In addition to his new position, KW also announced that Ferry is scheduled to present at the firm’s annual training conference in February 2026. He will also coach monthly mastermind groups alongside KW co-founder and executive chairman Gary Keller.

“Gary and KW have always focused on the next version of the agent, not just the next transaction,” Ferry said in a statement. “As part of KW MAPS Coaching, we will teach agents to build assets; specifically, three million-dollar assets that compound over time: a productive database, a geographic area they own, and a digital marketing machine that works while they sleep.”

With more than two decades of coaching experience, Ferry’s current roster of clients includes more than 65 elite agents and teams that generated $1.3 billion-plus in sales volume in 2025, according to a press release.

Ferry is the youngest son of Mike Ferry, who is considered by many as the founder of modern real estate coaching. Patrick Ferry served in various roles — including as a sales manager and prospecting trainer at his father’s firm, the Mike Ferry Organization — roughly a decade before becoming an agent, first at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and later at Keller Williams.

Since 2012, Patrick Ferry has worked as a coach at Tom Ferry International, the coaching firm led by his older brother, Tom Ferry.
