RealTrends Verified Houston Properties Team joins The Real Brokerage

The Real Brokerage announced Tuesday that the top-producing Houston Properties Team is joining its platform — bringing on 17 agents and expanding its presence in Texas.

The Houston-based team was founded about 15 years ago by Paige and Bob Martin. It earned a No. 1 city ranking from RealTrends Verified last year with $143.6 million in transaction volume.

The team was also ranked No. 6 statewide by RealTrends Verified.

Bob Martin said the decision to move brokerages was driven by changes in the industry.

Before joining Real, the Martins were affiliated with Keller Williams, where they participated in Gary Keller’s Top Teams Mastermind Group.

Paige Martin also serves as chair of the Houston Association of Realtors MLS Committee.

In addition to commendations from RealTrends, Houston Properties Team has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal and Houston Business Rate, and has received industry awards related to artificial intelligence use in real estate.
