The Collective Group of Seattle joins Real

The Collective Group, a 15-agent real estate team led by Tracy Erickson, has joined The Real Brokerage.

Based in Seattle, the team serves King County, Wash., and was ranked the No. 3 medium-sized team in the state by RealTrends Verified.

Since its founding in 2020, The Collective Group has closed 600 homes valued at $575 million — including more than 180 homes worth $148 million so far this year, the company said.

Erickson has worked in real estate for 20 years, including 13 years as an agent after a career in title and escrow. She continues to work with clients while mentoring agents on her team.
