The DiSpirito Team earns top honors at Engel & Völkers

Rhode Island-based The DiSpirito Team has earned No. 1 placement in the Americas network of Engel & Völkers.

The DiSpirito Team — affiliated with Engel & Völkers Oceanside — received the recognition for leading the network in units sold across the Americas region, which includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America.

That follows other recent high marks for the team, including RealTrends Verified rankings placement as the No. 1 medium-sized real estate team in Rhode Island for units sold in both 2024 and 2025.

The team is led by Emilio DiSpirito IV, license partner and private office advisor at Engel & Völkers Oceanside. He said the recognition reflects years of building the team’s business model and culture.
