Walters | Plaxen Group joins Sotheby’s International Realty

Shauna Walters and Nicole Plaxen, the broker duo behind the Walters | Plaxen Group, have joined Sotheby’s International Realty.

The affiliation follows a standout year for the five-person team.

RealTrends Verified shows Walters | Plaxen Group accounting for $222 million in closed volume across 134 transactions in 2024 — with an average home sale price of more than $1.8 million.

In 2025, Walters | Plaxen Group handled the $53 million sale of The Melhill Estate; Brentwood, California’s highest transaction in five years.

The team also secured a $32 million deal in a single day on behalf of Fashion Nova founder Richard Saghian, and assisted actor Anthony Hopkins in selling adjoining properties in the Pacific Palisades — with team member Brooke Enwere leading that effort.

This year, the group closed more than $220 million in Los Angeles transactions and helped manage a $569 million international portfolio.

The group plans to operate from Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Beverly Hills and Miami — positioning themselves for increased cross-market activity between Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas and Asia.
