What does Osome do?

At our core, we help founders and business owners offload their financial admin so they can focus on what they do best: growing their business. We specialize in serving e-commerce sellers, startups, and SMEs by offering a platform that integrates directly with their bank accounts and sales channels (like Amazon, Shopify, and eBay). Our software automatically processes documents, categorizes transactions, and updates financial data in real-time.

How did you get started?

Osome was born out of frustration—the good kind that sparks innovation.

Our founder, Victor Lysenko, is a serial entrepreneur who had successfully built and exited several companies. However, with every new venture, he found himself bogged down by the same recurring nightmare: the mountain of paperwork, the chase for receipts, and the complex web of compliance deadlines.

He realized that while the world was becoming increasingly digital, the corporate services industry was still stuck in the era of paper trails and manual data entry. He wanted a solution that was as agile and fast-paced as the businesses he was building. When he couldn’t find one, he decided to build it himself.

Launched in 2017, Osome started with a simple mission: to liberate entrepreneurs from administrative routine. We began by automating company incorporation and corporate secretarial services in Singapore, and the response was overwhelming. Founders loved the ability to start a company from their phone without touching a single piece of paper. Since then, we have expanded to Hong Kong, UAE, and the UK, grown our team to over 500 people, and broadened our services to become a comprehensive financial partner for thousands of businesses worldwide.

What are you looking forward to most at Accountex?

We are most excited about the human connection. As a digital-first company, we spend a lot of time interacting with our clients and partners through our app and screens. Accountex gives us a rare and valuable opportunity to step out from behind the dashboard and meet the UK accounting and business community face-to-face.
