Federal Reserve Addresses Housing Market After Bond Market Spectacle, Homebuyers Priced Out

The 2023 housing market is now the slowest it's been on record, with homebuyer sentiment hitting an all time record low. In this video we look at the Federal Reserve's recent commentary on the Housing Market, in an interview Jerome Powell gave a few days ago, where he discusses why home prices haven't cracked yet.
We also look at mortgage rates, how much more room they have to run, and some new research from Bank of America that gives us some insight into how much longer the Fed's quantitative tightening program will last.
