Of the 55 African heads of government, 49 have been invited to attend the second summit between US &African leaders, hosted by POTUS in Washington today.
Interestingly, six countries are Mali, Sudan, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Eritrea, and Somaliland.
One thing is sure: Will African leaders trust the US?
