Okay, we’ll admit, “Chinese Android phone copies Apple” isn’t all that surprising of a headline. Apple’s designs and interfaces have been the subject of much adoration overseas, and there is no shortage of knock-off devices over the years that have taken a good deal of inspiration from the latest Apple devices.
But Honor’s latest phone, the Power 2, announced Monday at CES, may be the most blatant. While most device-makers try at least a little to make their devices unique, the Honor Power 2 couldn’t possibly look more like an iPhone 17 Pro. It has skinny uniform bezels, a camera plateau that houses three cameras, and starts at 256GB of storage with 12GB of RAM. Oh, and it comes in Cosmic…er, Sunrise Orange.

That 10080 number in the image at the top refers to the battery capacity, which is twice that of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, so Android users will have something to brag about. Additionally, it’s got a slightly larger 6.79-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,800 nits peak local brightness. It’s also powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite chipset and has a 16MP selfie cam and a 50MP main rear camera.
Along with Sunrise Orange, the Honor Power 2 comes in Midnight Black (Deep Blue) and Snowfield White (Silver).
